GLOBAL FACTOR is a comprehensive evaluation methodology for construction activities performed by humans in their environment. Its two main objectives are to examine systemically all affected areas for a comprehensive evaluation, and secondly, using objective and transparent criteria evaluated by the scientific community, using universal measuring units.
